2001/2002	Deltok i eit prosjekt arrangert av KFUK/KFUM, Kirkens Nødhjelp og Høgskulen i Oslo. Dette inkluderte eit opphald ved Cape Town YMCA, Sør-Afrika.
2002/2003	Jobba eit år på Reiakvam Foto i Førde.
2003/2004	Studerte kunsthistorie ved Universitetet i Bergen.
2004/2005	Studerte fotografi og media kunst ved Kent Institute of Art and Design, Maidstone, Storbritannia.
2005/2008	Fullførte bachelorgrad i fotografi ved Kunsthøgskulen i Bergen.

2001/2002	Participated in a project by the Norwegian YMCA/YWCA, the Norwegian Church Aid and the University College of Oslo. This included a 3 month stay at the Cape Town YMCA, South Africa.
2002/2003	Gap year spent working at Reiakvam Foto, Førde.
2003/2004	Studied art history at the University of Bergen.
2004/2005	Studied Photography and Media Arts at Kent Institute of Art and Design, Maidstone, Great Britain.
2005/2008	Completed a bachelor's degree in photography at the National Academy of the Arts in Bergen
